John began his career more than 25 years ago as a financial services representative helping uniquely successful individuals, businesses and families make crucial financial decisions with confidence.
John has strategically led advisory and wealth management business units and has spent more than 2 decades honing his portfolio management, financial planning and risk reduction knowledge in his effort to add value to his team's and client’s financial lives.
John is very focused when it comes to being a role model for his advisors and is extremely passionate about creating investment portfolios that exceed his client’s expectations. He constantly strives to learn and improve his knowledge of high finance most importantly keeping current with winning strategies that yield above average results.
He is a Certified Portfolio Manager and is in the process of completing a double Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance in his continued effort to help his clients reach their desired overall objectives.

Giuseppe Visconti

Giuseppe began his career as a Financial Advisor with Banc of America Investments, Inc. in San Jose, California. It was there he began to develop his fundamental investment knowledge and brought that expertise to OneSource Wealth Management.
He has dedicated his career to discovering and delivering the personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.
Giuseppe received an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco, and a master's degree in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University. Giuseppe went on to receive his Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM®) designation from Columbia University. He is also a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), a designation he received from the College for Financial Planning.
In his spare time, Giuseppe enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, exercising, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
